Haznim Othman

Haznim Othman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resourcing, currently serving as the Manager (Crewing) at Sapura Energy Berhad since December 2017. Prior to this role, Haznim was the AM, Lead - Talent Acquisition/Resourcing at Sapura Acergy Sdn.Bhd from August 2006 to November 2017, contributing to foundational policies and procedures during the company's inception and growth. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Staffing Consultant at Intel Corporation from January 2005 to July 2006, where recognition was received for successful hiring initiatives aimed at minority talent pools. Haznim is an alumnus of Universiti Putra Malaysia.
