Janne Lax

Janne Lax has extensive experience in the footwear industry, currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Vapaus since February 2022, focusing on customer experience support. Additionally, Janne has been the CEO & Designer at Saint Vacant Oy since September 2005, where responsibilities include product development, footwear and accessories design, sourcing, and retail strategy. Prior experience includes working as a bespoke shoemaker at Mittatilausjalkine T & P Oy from September 2000 to August 2004, providing personal customer service and mastering various shoemaking techniques. Janne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Footwear Design from Häme University of Applied Sciences and has completed a Creative Business Diploma at Aalto University, along with a City & Guilds certification in footwear manufacture from the University of Northampton.
