Frank Mastronuzzi

Frank Mastronuzzi is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and controller specializing in high-growth companies. They currently hold positions as Acting CFO at both Vapi and Cabinet Health, and serve as Consulting CFO and Controller at Punch Financial, where they lead efforts in financial strategy and operations. Previously, Frank worked in diverse roles, including Vice President of Business Development at Greenough Group and Senior Manager at Match.com. They also provided mentoring at 500 Startups and have held various financial positions since starting their career at Deloitte. Frank is involved with the Los Angeles Venture Association as a board member and continues to support businesses through strategic financial management.
