Ava K. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employment relations and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager at VAPO since November 2023, Ava previously held multiple HR leadership positions at UP Education, including Head of HR (NZ) and Group Employment Relations Manager. Prior experience includes a Senior Employment Relations Advisor role at ANZ and various HR and legal positions at Employsure New Zealand and DBJ Furniture Limited, where responsibilities involved evaluating legal documentation and advising on HR processes.
