James "Jay" Morton Jr. has extensive work experience in the human resources field. James "Jay" started their career at Robert Bosch LLC in 2002, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for almost 16 years. After that, they joined Monteferro America as a Technical Sales Representative from July 2018 to January 2020. In 2020, they served as the Director of Business Process and Team Engagement at Levelwing from February to July. In 2021, they worked at MAU Workforce Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Leader from January to June, and later joined Vapor Apparel as the Human Resources Manager/Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Vapor Apparel from November 2021 onwards.
From 2007 to 2011, James "Jay" Morton Jr. attended Southern Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In 2013, we launched our cut & sew sublimation program offering complete customization -- all Made in the USA. This program helps bring sewing jobs back to the Carolinas, and will continue to create more jobs as demand for cut & sew customization grows. We manufacture our garments in Colombia and the United States, and enjoy duty free status into the US, European Union, and Canada.
