James "Jay" Morton Jr. has extensive work experience in the human resources field. James "Jay" started their career at Robert Bosch LLC in 2002, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for almost 16 years. After that, they joined Monteferro America as a Technical Sales Representative from July 2018 to January 2020. In 2020, they served as the Director of Business Process and Team Engagement at Levelwing from February to July. In 2021, they worked at MAU Workforce Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Leader from January to June, and later joined Vapor Apparel as the Human Resources Manager/Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Vapor Apparel from November 2021 onwards.
