Elga Laroque

Elga Laroque has extensive experience in the field of mediation and management, currently serving as the Regional IPC Manager at Vapor Ministries since October 2021. Laroque is also the Funder and CEO of Espoir Médiation-Cabinet Haitien de Médiation, a position held since January 2018. Previously, Laroque was the Directeur Exécutif at Institut Haїtien de Médiation from August 2012 to September 2014 and worked at VIVARIO as Responsable formation de médiation and Responsable de formation from 2010 to August 2012. Laroque's educational background includes studies at ISER-Instituto de Estudos da Religião and IFJ-IInstitut Francophone de Journalisme.
