William Mahone

Mahone is a Managing Director of Berkley Capital, LLC, the private equity investment group of W.R. Berkley Corporation.

Mahone has been actively engaged in the private equity industry since 1988, when he left Willkie Farr & Gallagher to become Vice President and General Counsel of Interlaken Capital, Inc. Mahone became a managing Director of Berkley Capital upon its formation in 2002. Mr. Mahone serves as a director of a number of companies, including: FEF Cash, Inc. Foundation Source Philanthropic Services, Inc.; FSV Payment Systems, Inc.; Associated Community Brokers, Inc.; and Technology Investment Partners LLC. Mahone graduated Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
