Waqas A.

Waqas A. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cyber security. Waqas started their career as a Lecturer in 2009, teaching at various colleges. In 2012, they joined a confidential company as an Information Security Management/Trainer until 2015. Then, they worked as a Network & Security Specialist at Techaccess Pakistan from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Waqas A. joined the European Information Technology Center as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant for a brief period. Later, they worked at BroadPeak Technologies as an Information Security Expert from October 2017 to August 2018. Currently, Waqas A. is employed at VaporVM where they initially worked as a Manager Cyber Security from July 2018 to June 2019. Waqas is currently serving as the Head of Cyber Security, responsible for managing cyber security operations such as project management, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, investigations, and team management.

Waqas A. attended the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's degree in Information Security. Prior to that, they earned a M.Sc degree in Information Technology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Waqas A. has obtained several certifications.
