Mukundan Shanmugam

Mukundan Shanmugam is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in medical leadership and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of VaQya LLC since September 2023, Mukundan also holds the position of Managing Partner at Valenta since June 2021. Previous roles include Medical Director at naviHealth and ACO Senior Medical Director at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Mukundan has a rich background in hospital administration, having served as Chief Medical Officer at Banner Health Network/NPA and held multiple leadership roles at Banner Health. Education includes an M.B.B.S. from Madras Medical College and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Western Governors University.
