Helene Jakobsen Furseth

Helene Jakobsen Furseth has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Helene Jakobsen started their career as a TAF-Apprentice at Norske Shell's Ormen Lange Gas Plant, where they gained hands-on experience in plant operations and control room operations. After completing their apprenticeship, Helene worked as a Coffee Specialist and Quality and Safety Coach at Nestlé Nespresso, where they focused on coffee quality and safety. Helene Jakobsen then joined Shell as a Junior Intern, gaining exposure to the oil and gas industry. Following that, Helene worked at Stavanger Turistforening as an Unskilled Chef, responsible for food preparation, planning, and customer service. Helene Jakobsen later joined Petrolink AS, initially as a Technical Author and then as a Loading Master, involved in coordinating and overseeing loading operations. Prior to their current role, they worked at Schlumberger as a Process Engineer, specializing in detail engineering of gas dehydration units and seawater systems. Currently, Helene holds the position of Senior Project Engineer at Vår Energi, where they are involved in project management and engineering.
