Roger Løvsjø

Roger Løvsjø has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles in the field of insulation and surface treatment. Roger started at Bilfinger Industrier Norge AS in 2010, where they served as a Technical Insulator and later as a Discipline responsible. During this time, they also took on additional responsibilities as a VO (verneombud) and safety delegate.

In 2013, they joined Benarx Solutions AS as a Supervisor for insulation on the Ivar Aasen project in Singapore. Here, they ensured compliance with industry standards such as NORSOK and IPS.

Roger then moved to Statoil in 2016 as an Insulation Supervisor, where they mentored sub-contractors and performed inspections to ensure compliance with company requirements. Roger also worked on reducing punch-list items related to poor performance.

In 2017, they joined Kvaerner as a Forman Insulation, responsible for adhering to project policies, HSE compliance, and maintaining correct quality standards. Roger then moved into a Senior Engineer role, focusing on detail MTO and group leadership for the Johan Sverdrup Phase 2 project.

Roger had a short stint at Equinor in 2018 as a Supervisor ISO/Site Eng, Commission Hookup Aasta Hansteen, overseeing insulation and surface treatment. Roger continued their work in Equinor in 2020 as a Field Engineer Piping Insulation and surface, monitoring contractors for HSE and quality compliance.

In 2020, they joined Aibel as a Field Engineer - QC Insulation / Surface, responsible for verifying workmanship and ensuring quality standards on various projects.

Currently, Roger is working at Vår Energi as a Painting & Insulation MC / Field Engineer. Roger'sresponsibilities include acting as a safety and compliance champion, reviewing technical documentation, monitoring insulation design, and contributing to the construction site team.

Throughout their career, Roger has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Roger Løvsjø attended Frosio in 2019, where they pursued a Level 3 degree in Inspector Insulation. In 2013, they enrolled at Bergen Tekniske Fagskole, where they studied Maskintenikk m/ISO until 2016. No specific degree was mentioned for this period.
