Tone Rognstad

Tone Rognstad is currently the EVP People and Communication at Vår Energi. Previously, they held various leadership positions at Equinor and Statoil focusing on people, leadership, project development, and corporate organizational efficiency. Prior to that, they also worked at GE in different leadership roles and at DNB in banking. Tone Rognstad completed a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance at BI Norwegian Business School.
