Kurt Ondash

Kurt Ondash is a Principal at Varagon Capital Partners, specializing in private credit and direct lending since February 2016. Prior to this role, Kurt gained experience as an Analyst in private credit at Nuveen, a TIAA company, from July 2013 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Kurt worked as a Research Analyst at Arbiter Partners Capital Management LLC, focusing on long/short equity hedge funds during the summer of 2012. Kurt Ondash holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, graduating Cum Laude.
