Michael Vitale possesses extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as BDC Controller/Principal at Man Varagon since June 2022, after previously holding the title of BDC Controller/Vice President. Prior to this role, Michael worked as BDC Controller at Lafayette Square from July 2021 to June 2022. Michael’s earlier career includes significant tenure at Medley Management Inc., where roles ranged from Senior Vice President/Controller to Accounting Manager, and at State Street Bank, where positions included Associate II in Fund Accounting. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College, obtained in 2006.
