Ahsan Habib

AHSAN HABIB is an experienced professional in agriculture and operations management, currently serving as Lead Operations for Varaha since October 2025, where responsibilities include implementing afforestation and regenerative agriculture projects in Bangladesh and engaging with rural communities. Previously, AHSAN held the role of Senior Manager in Enterprise Development at BRAC from March 2022 to September 2025, leading programs focused on agriculture, food security, and livelihoods for vulnerable populations. AHSAN also served as Business Development Manager at ACI Limited, overseeing contract farming with over 450 farmers, and held various positions at British American Tobacco from 2009 to 2019, focusing on agronomic operations and sustainability initiatives. AHSAN holds a Master's in Disaster Management and Climate Change from the University of Dhaka, an MBA from Southeast University, and advanced certifications in supply chain management.
