Ikarus Janzen

Ikarus Janzen serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Varaha, beginning in March 2023, where responsibilities include equity fundraising and project financing related to nature-based solutions that enhance climate adaptation and biodiversity. In addition to this role, Ikarus Janzen has been active as an angel investor across multiple companies since 2020, and is the founder of Ikarus Ventures GmbH. Previous experience includes serving as a venture partner at Wi Venture and as a Regenerative Finance Ambassador for Climate Collective. Academic qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, specializing in Electrical Energy Technology.
