Karolina Plaskaty has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karolina most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Varda, an Ag tech start-up focused on developing software solutions for agriculture. Prior to that, Karolina held multiple roles at Curve, including Head of People Experience & Business Partnering, People Operations Lead, and Senior HR Business Partner. Karolina also worked as the People & Talent Manager at Loot Financial Services Ltd., where they built the People function from scratch. Additionally, Karolina has experience as a Senior International Recruitment Consultant at Quest Search & Selection, specializing in the Fintech sector. Karolina began their career at Lloyds Bank as a Customer Banking Manager, where they consistently delivered results and exceeded customer service measures. Throughout their career, Karolina has demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Karolina Plaskaty attended Wyższa Szkoła Promocji w Warszawie from 2003 to 2006, where they studied International Relations and Affairs. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) England from the institution of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in January 2020.
