Mark Rabogliatti

Mark Rabogliatti is the Chief Counsel – Americas and is responsible for legal matters related to the firm’s investment activities in the region. Based in Minneapolis, he joined the firm in 2016.

Prior to joining Värde, Mark was a senior attorney – Emerging Markets at Black River Asset Management, working most directly on emerging market credit transactions. During his tenure at Black River, Mark also served as chief legal officer for more than four years. Prior to Black River, Mark was a partner in the Finance and Restructuring Group of Faegre & Benson LLP in Minneapolis.

Mark is a graduate of the Notre Dame Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
