Nicole Langlois

Nicole Langlois has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of Human Capital, Europe at Värde Partners since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Stirling Square Capital Partners from May 2017 to September 2021. Nicole has also worked as an HR Manager at Pantheon Ventures, where they oversaw generalist HR duties and ensured compliance with employment regulations in London and Hong Kong. Nicole gained experience in strategic HR as an HR Business Partner at HgCapital and as a Group HR Advisor at Ashcourt Rowan plc. Nicole started their career as an HR Assistant at Punter Southall, where they developed strong skills in HR processes and procedures. Nicole began their professional journey as a Training Administrator at Parity Training Ltd.

Nicole Langlois obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Greenwich from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they acquired several certifications, including the MBTI I Practitioner from OPP in 2014, the Qualified user of the Good Boss Questionnaire from The Good Boss Company in 2013, the Personality & Ability Assessment Course, BPS eligible - Ability Test User - Level 2 from CEB in 2013, and the Certification of French Human Resource Practices from ISTHEIS Conseil in 2011.
