Nikolaj Schledermann

Nikolaj Schledermann is an experienced project manager and technical consultant currently working at Varefakta since November 2023. Nikolaj is a partner and co-founder of KnowledgeWorker, with an extensive background in project management at EPOS from June 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities included PLM, product management, and quality assurance in manufacturing and supply chain. Previous roles include project coordinator in R&D at Sennheiser Communications A/S and an internship as a design engineer at eye-D. Nikolaj Schledermann holds an M.Sc. Eng in Design & Innovation and a B.Sc. Eng in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, along with experience as an international student mentor and assistant teacher in manufacturing technologies. Additionally, Nikolaj Schledermann completed Army Basic Education with DANILOG in 2006.
