Richard holds the title of Chairman of the Board at Pruitt and has been Vice President of Spears & Associates, an oilfield market research firm, since 1985. Richard has also held various leadership roles in educational and energy-related boards. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
