In the same year, they also completed a graduate assignment for Niegel Profielommanteling, focusing on strategic marketing. From 2003 to 2012, Niels worked as a front office employee of the recreation department at Marveld Recreatie B.V. In 2012, they joined Wessels Vakbouwers as a commercial business analyst, responsible for business development and online marketing. In 2014, Niels joined Claymount Assemblies BV as a supply chain and later as a production manager. Niels then moved to Varex Imaging Nederland B.V. in 2019 as a production manager, and in 2020, they became a plant manager at Varex Imaging Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Director Global Operations at Varex Imaging Nederland B.V., starting in 2023.
Niels R. obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Marketing from HAN University of Applied Sciences in 2008. Before that, they completed their secondary education at Marianum, where they focused on Economics and Society. Niels then pursued further education at Radboud University, earning a Bachelor certificate in Business Administration in 2010. Niels went on to receive a Master of Science degree in Business Administration Strategy from Radboud University in 2012.
