Kari Fitzgerald

Kari Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kari started their career as a Certified Nurses Aide at the Masonic Home from 1995 to 1998, where they provided basic nursing care to residents. Kari then worked as a Certified Nurses Aide at the James Square Rehabilitation Centre from 1998 to 2001, where they continued to assist residents with daily care activities.

In 2000, Kari joined the State University of New York Upstate Medical University, where they held multiple roles. As a Data Support Specialist from 2000 to 2004, they provided end user support and assistance, and supervised the Data Support staff. Kari then became a Data Systems Administrator from 2004 to 2011, where they played a key role in system implementation, analysis, and design. During this time, they also served as the Webmaster and a Board Member for the Autism Society of America, Central NY Chapter from 2004 to 2011.

Kari then transitioned to the marketing field in 2015 and worked as a freelance Marketing professional for a few months. In 2016, they joined Varian Medical Systems as an Order Processing Support where they managed order processing, returns, and maintained customer relationships.

Since 2016, Kari has been working at Varex Imaging Corporation, initially as an Order Processing Support III. Their responsibilities included order processing, returns, warranty verification, and maintaining customer relationships. Kari also provided support in central departmental systems and worked closely with different departments. In 2017, they took on the additional role of US Financial Analyst/SAP Customer Master Data at Varex Imaging Corporation until April 2018.

Kari Fitzgerald attended the Mohawk Valley Community College-Utica Branch, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design and Human Services - Psychology.
