Qihang Qin

Qihang Qin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a PHD Student at the Institute of Physics, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, where they focused on fabricating and studying magnetic field sensors using spin valve or magnetic tunnel materials. After completing their PhD, they worked as a Post-doctoral researcher at Aalto University, where they were involved in fabricating magnetic and ferroelectric oxide tunnel junctions and studying their resistive switching effect. Following this, they joined VTT as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for lithography process control. They then transitioned to Ajat Oy Ltd. as a Process Engineer, where they remained until 2022. Currently, Qihang is working as a Senior Process Development Engineer in Varex Imaging Corporation.

Qihang Qin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Applied Physics at the University of Science and Technology of China from 1999 to 2004. They then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Condensed Matter Physics in a master-doctor combined program at the Institute of Physics, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2004 to 2009.
