Stephanie Reid

Stephanie Reid, CCEP, LPEC, is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel at Varex Imaging Corporation since January 2017. In this role, Stephanie oversees commercial transactions globally, manages outside counsel, and ensures compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards. Previously, Stephanie worked at Varian Medical Systems, where responsibilities included contract negotiation, risk analysis, and managing litigation discovery. Prior experience includes a position at McDermott Will & Emery, focusing on litigation management and arbitration. Stephanie holds a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
