Tina Thern

Tina Thern has extensive experience in the accounting and audit field. Tina is currently a Senior Manager of Accounting at Varex Imaging Corporation, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, Tina served as the Corporate Accounting and Compliance Manager at the same company from January 2022 to October 2022. From March 2021 to December 2021, they were the Global SOX Compliance Manager at Varex Imaging Corporation.

Before joining Varex Imaging Corporation, Tina worked at EY for several years. Tina started as an Accounting Intern at IGT in February 2013 and continued until December 2013. Tina then joined EY as an Audit Staff in August 2014 and held this position until October 2016.

In November 2016, Tina was promoted to Audit Senior at EY and continued in this role until February 2018. Tina returned to EY as an Audit Senior in April 2018 and served in this position until September 2019. From October 2019 to August 2020, they worked as an Audit Manager at EY.

Tina rejoined EY as an Audit Manager in October 2020 and worked in that role until March 2021 before joining Varex Imaging Corporation. Overall, Tina has gained diverse experience in accounting, compliance, and audit roles throughout their career.

Tina Thern obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they also briefly attended the University of the Basque Country. Tina holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from both the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, obtained in August 2017, and the California Board of Accountancy, obtained in September 2016.
