Felicia Hong

Felicia Hong, MBA, PMP, and ADKAR, serves as a Senior Program Manager at Varian, where leadership of global cross-functional teams has resulted in successful new product development within Radiation Treatment Solutions. Additionally, Felicia runs an independent consulting firm, providing expertise in Project Management, Risk Management, and Change Management through the Integrated Risk and Opportunity Management framework. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Omnicell, contributing to the success of the company’s Medication Automation product line, and significant contributions to the Project Management Institute as a core team member and co-author for several influential publications, including the Program Management Standard and the Organizational Project Management Practice Guide.
