Neha Tyagi is an experienced software engineering manager with a career spanning over 19 years, primarily at Varian since July 2009, where leadership roles have included software engineering manager, program manager, and project manager, with a focus on managing medical device projects. Neha holds the distinction of being the first project manager from the Pune department and has also led test activities across multiple projects, emphasizing quality assurance, test case design, and technical guidance to team members. Prior career experiences include roles as a test analyst at IBM India Private Ltd and a test engineer at Syntel, demonstrating a strong foundation in test case execution, defect management, and technical support.
