Nikolai Norman Andersen

Nikolai Norman Andersen has a comprehensive work experience in various companies and roles. Nikolai currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Variant since August 2021. Prior to their current position, Nikolai worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Confrere from January 2019 to July 2021. Nikolai also has experience at Bekk Consulting AS, where they held the role of Manager and served as a Software Engineer, Consultant, and Practice Lead from March 2014 to December 2018. Nikolai founded Idéhub in September 2013 and worked as its Founder until December 2018. Nikolai additionally worked as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Neovada AS from September 2012 to August 2013, as a Computer Software Engineer at HK Reklamebyrå from April 2011 to August 2012, and as a Ruby on Rails Developer at ISFiT (The International Student Festival in Trondheim) from September 2010 to April 2011.

Nikolai Norman Andersen completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST) in the years 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. In April 2014, Nikolai obtained the MCP 070-486 certification for Developing ASP.NET MVC 4 Web Applications from Prometric. Nikolai further enhanced their professional qualifications by achieving Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in July and August 2020, respectively.
