Liza Hansson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design and user experience. Liza currently works as a Design Lead at Variant Sverige, where they are responsible for design leadership and recruiting a new design chief. Prior to this, they worked as a Head of UX at Schibsted, managing a team of 10 designers and overseeing the strategic goals of Schibsted News brand products. Before that, Liza worked at Länsförsäkringar as a Digital Design Director and Digital UI/UX designer, where they focused on digital customer experience and brand cohesion. Liza also has experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master. Earlier in their career, Liza worked at Agria Djurförsäkring as a web designer and at FCB Fältman & Malmén as a multimedia producer and web designer.
