Nadav Hirsch

Nadav Hirsch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nadav started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Combat Unit Sergeant from 2005 to 2008. Nadav then worked as a High School Physics Personal Teacher at Nachshon from 2011 to 2012, followed by a short stint as a Diving Instructor at Red Sea Sports Club in 2012.

In 2013, Nadav joined Clalit Health Services as a Project Manager, where they optimized processes in the ER and utilized simulation tools to collect data. Nadav also worked as an Information Systems Implementer at Taldor, implementing a CRM Microsoft Dynamics system for the Ministry of Construction and Housing in 2013.

From 2013 to 2018, Nadav worked at SolarEdge Technologies as the Priority ERP Manager and Solution Architect. Nadav managed a team of implementers and oversaw system administration, development, and project management for hundreds of users worldwide.

In 2018, Nadav joined AllCloud as a Salesforce Solution Architect. Nadav later became the Salesforce Solution Architect Team Lead, leading a team of six Solution Architects. Nadav was responsible for defining and refining integrated enterprise solution architectures, communicating concepts and evaluations, and managing resource requirements and project team members. Nadav also actively participated in pre-sales activities and mentored junior team members.

Currently, Nadav is working at Variantyx as the Business Applications Manager. In this role, they lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of business applications, including ERP, CRM, LIMS, and other critical applications. Nadav designs and implements data integration strategies and collaborates with stakeholders to define and document application requirements aligned with business goals and user needs.

From 2010 to 2014, Nadav attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

In 2016, Nadav completed two certification programs at In-line collage. Nadav became an Eshbal certified Priority ERP developer and an Eshbal certified Priority ERP implementer.

In 2018, Nadav enrolled at John Bryce and obtained a certification as a Full Stack Web Developer.

Nadav also has various certifications from Salesforce. In September 2019, they earned the Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer certifications.
