Tim Bagdasarian

Tim Bagdasarian has extensive experience in business applications and quality assurance within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Applications QA at MetLife since December 2005. Tim has a proven track record in managing system designs and business integration for product illustrations, ensuring alignment with business plans. Prior roles include Business Integration Manager and Resource Manager at MetLife, as well as Business Analyst positions at Travelers, where Tim contributed to the development of illustration systems for life insurance products. Earlier in the career, Tim gained experience as a Life Insurance Agent at Service Corporation International and as a Funeral Director/Assistant Manager at Taylor & Modeen Funeral Homes. Tim holds an Associate’s Degree in Funeral Service Administration and Mortuary Science from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service and further education from Central Connecticut State University.
