Liza Gaprielian

Liza Gaprielian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations, global payroll management, and HRIS systems conversions and implementations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at Varicent since 2020, Liza has previously held significant roles including Director of Human Resources Operations and Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist at the same company. Liza’s past experience also includes serving as Payroll Manager at Ontario Tech University and at Dragados Canada, Inc., as well as Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager at Global Payments Inc. Liza started their career in accounting at Dinecorp Hospitality Inc. and has worked with various organizations, honing expertise in payroll and benefits administration.
