Elena Dolinski

Elena Dolinski serves as a Council Advisor for the Hispanic Latino Franchise Leadership Council (HLFLC) since 2022, focusing on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within Hispanic-Latino businesses in the US. As the Founder and CEO of UKANDOIT GLOBAL since April 2019, Elena established a digital platform that facilitates community service engagements for high school students while fostering corporate and nonprofit participation in social change initiatives aligned with the United Nations' 2030 Agenda. Additionally, Elena has been advising various companies in financial and corporate matters since 2017, contributing to their growth through expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Elena has also provided advisory services with a focus on the Hispanic market and gender empowerment for the EDONE FOUNDATION since 2006 while maintaining a long career as a Franchise Owner Operator with McDonald's from 1985 to 2015, where formal training was received at Hamburger University. Elena holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Finance from IUTV - UNE.
