Sara McIlvaney

Sara Mcilvaney has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Head of Operations at Various Eateries PLC since January 2020. In this role, Sara oversees five brands within the Italian sector, including Noci, Tavolino, Strada, and the all-day dining concepts 31 Below and Coppa Club Tower Bridge, managing a team of 120 people and reporting through five General Managers. Prior to this, Sara worked at Strada Restaurants from October 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included serving as Area Manager and Senior General Manager.
