Paul Chung

Paul Chung has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and positions. Paul has worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at BOE Varitronix Limited since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Company Secretary at Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited from September 2020 to April 2022. Paul also held the position of Corporate Finance Head and Company Secretary at Sino-Ocean Group from March 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Sino-Ocean Group, they worked as a Director at VMS Securities Limited from August 2018 to February 2020. Paul also served as the Company Secretary at Sino-Ocean Group, deputy financial controller, HK, and deputy GM, HK from August 2015 to August 2018. Paul Chung completed their Master of Science in Corporate Governance & Compliance (with Merit) from Hong Kong Baptist University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from City University of Hong Kong.
