Reetta Ranne

Reetta Ranne is a seasoned design researcher with extensive experience in user experience and ergonomics, particularly in mixed reality technologies at Varjo since March 2022. Prior experience includes over 13 years at KONE, where Reetta held multiple roles, including Senior UX Specialist in KONE WORX, focusing on customer context and solution development, as well as leading UX research efforts. Significant projects included the Office Flow project, involving comprehensive UX research and testing across multiple countries. Reetta's earlier roles encompassed research assistant positions at Helsinki University of Technology and project-related work at various companies, culminating in a Master of Science degree in Systems Analysis, Work Psychology, and Cognitive Technology from Aalto University, along with ongoing postgraduate studies in Usability and Work Psychology.
