Beate Omland

Beate Omland is an experienced payroll and HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Teamleader Payroll at Varner since March 2023 and previously as Payroll Manager since October 2019, Beate oversees payroll operations, including salary management, compliance, and reporting using the Agresso/Unit4 system. Prior to these roles, Beate held various positions at Varner Retail AS, including HR Business Partner focusing on HR information systems, and commenced a career in payroll at Dressmann AS. Earlier experience includes a senior order processing specialist role at Oracle. Beate holds a Cand. mag. degree in Public Administration and Economics from the University of Agder and has completed education at NHI-Datahøgskolen and Dønski Videregående Skole.
