Ditte Steen

Ditte Steen is a Global CSR Specialist at Varner, a leading fashion retailer in the Nordics, responsible for overseeing due diligence for a diverse portfolio of over 300 external brands and suppliers since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at Wanda, where scalable sales and support processes were developed in a tech and circular logistics startup, and as a Visual Merchandiser & Brand Ambassador at Fjällräven. In January 2021, Ditte coordinated partnerships and projects for Miljøstiftelsen ZERO, organizing Norway's largest zero-emission conference and contributing to a national network for zero-emission events. As a Food Committee Member with Spire, involvement centered on sustainability initiatives addressing climate, food security, and urban development. Previous roles also include Shift Leader at Olivia Restauranter. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Environment and Development Studies from NMBU and a recent focus on E-commerce and Digital Marketing from IHM Business School.
