Mathias Pettersson

Mathias Pettersson has extensive work experience in various roles related to compliance, quality, and sustainability. Mathias is currently the Head of Compliance at Varnish Software, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Officer at the same company from April 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining Varnish Software, Mathias worked at PostNord Strålfors from December 2016 to April 2022. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including DPO and Head of SBI, where they focused on sustainability and business development. Mathias was responsible for ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO27001.

From 2013 to 2016, Mathias worked at Transdev Sverige AB, where they served as a Quality Manager and later as a Supplier Quality Assurance. In these roles, they oversaw the implementation of quality processes and systems, conducted internal and external audits, and managed supplier relationships.

Prior to Transdev, Mathias worked at TSS AB from 2006 to 2013, holding positions such as Quality/Product Manager and Support Manager. Mathias'sresponsibilities included building up support and after-sales functions and managing validation and quality management systems.

Mathias started their career at Scania CV in 2001 as a Project Manager, where they were involved in managing projects. Before that, they worked at Tele2 from 1998 to 2001, initially as a Billing employee and later as a Team Leader.

Mathias Pettersson has a Certificate in Data Protection Officer from Dataföreningen Kompetens, which they obtained in 2021. In 2015, they completed a course in Quality as an Examinator at SIQ - Institutet för Kvalitetsutveckling. Additionally, in 1997-1998, they attended Informator for studies in Computer Science.
