Ryan Giles

Ryan Giles is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Varo Bank since March 2021, Ryan focuses on empowering clients to manage their finances. Prior to this role, Ryan founded Level Up Talent LLC and co-founded Wake Warriors Basketball. Notable previous positions include Sr. Director of Talent at Pendo.io, Head of Talent Acquisition at Qubole, and Head of Talent at Wish, where Ryan significantly increased hiring rates and improved talent branding efforts. Ryan's career began at American Express, leading HR initiatives and strategies before transitioning to talent acquisition roles. Ryan holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies and a BA in History from Brigham Young University.
