Saron Westmaas

Saron Westmaas currently serves as the Renewables Compliance Officer for Biomethane and Bio-LNG at VARO Energy since August 2023. Previously held the position of Country Director Netherlands at Endesa from October 2018 to April 2024, and also worked as a Senior Key Account Manager during that time. Saron's career includes roles such as Operations Manager at Renewable Energy Services, Commercial Advisor at Neptune Energy, and Senior Business Development Manager at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services. Additional experience encompasses positions at Naturgy, RWE Supply & Trading GmbH, Vattenfall, Le Grand Cru Wine Import, and SnowTrex. Saron's educational background features training in the International Gas Value Chain, ISCC Basic and GHG Calculation Training, alongside a MEAO degree and viticulture studies at the Dutch Wine Academy.
