Valentin Popović

Valentin Popović is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as Project Manager (P&E) at VARO Energy since September 2023. Previously, Valentin held the position of Project Manager for Group Operations at Omya from January to September 2023. With extensive experience as a Senior Project Engineer at both Nord Stream 2 AG and Wintershall Noordzee, and leadership roles as Lead Engineer at Subsea 7 and Saipem, Valentin has cultivated a robust expertise in engineering and project execution. Earlier in the career, Valentin established a strong foundation as a Pipeline Engineer in various capacities at Saipem and Saipem UK. Valentin earned a Master's degree in Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology from the University of Zagreb.
