Dov Gottlieb

Dov Gottlieb is the current General Counsel at Varonis. Prior to this, he was a partner at White & Case LLP from September 2017 to April 2021, where he advised U.S. and non U.S. publicly listed companies with regard to the U.S. securities laws and the listing requirements of the major U.S. exchanges. Dov also regularly assisted management, boards of directors and board committees on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, disclosure requirements, board and executive compensation, Regulation FD, shareholder activism, director independence, crisis management, responses to formal and informal SEC inquiries and the preparation of registration statements, proxy statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K.

Before White & Case LLP, Gottlieb was at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2006 to September 2017 as counsel in the Public Company Advisory Practice. In this role, he advised U.S. and non U.S. publicly listed companies with regard to the U.S. securities laws and the listing requirements of the major U.S. exchanges, and regularly assisted management, boards of directors and board committees on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, disclosure requirements, board and executive compensation, Regulation FD, shareholder activism, director independence, crisis management, responses to formal and informal SEC inquiries and the preparation of registration statements, proxy statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K. Dov also represented issuers and underwriters in offerings of equity (IPOs and follow-ons) and debt (private placements, investment grade and high-yield).

Dov Gottlieb has a certificate of Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School, a J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University.

Dov Gottlieb reports to Yaki Faitelson, President, CEO, Chairman & Co-Founder. He works with Rob Sobers - CMO, Shai Cohen Golan - Chief of Staff, and David Bass - CTO & EVP, Engineering.
