Amandeep Singh Ahuja currently serves as the Head of Compensation and Total Rewards at Varroc since November 2022, following a robust career in human resources that includes significant roles at Piaggio Vehicle Pvt Ltd Pune as DGM - Human Resources from March 2010 to November 2022, and as Team Leader at Tata Technologies from July 2006 to February 2010. Amandeep's expertise encompasses compensation and benefits, performance management systems, HR policies, operations, process automation, and analytics, alongside project management and SAP HR functionality. Amandeep holds a dual PGDM in Human Resources Development from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and Sri Balaji University, Pune, as well as a B.Tech. in Textile Technology from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
