Narayan Ramachandran

Narayan Ramachandran possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR for Corporate and IT at Varroc. Previously, Narayan held the position of Head of HR for Corporate, R&D, and IT at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited and worked as a Human Resources Consultant while self-employed. At Dresser-Rand, a Siemens Business, Narayan was responsible for HRBP across R&D, IT, and Sales for the APAC and Middle East regions, in addition to leading talent acquisition efforts in APAC. Narayan began the HR career as an HR Business Partner at Mphasis, an HP Company. Academically, Narayan is pursuing a Doctorate of Philosophy at JECRC University, focusing on enhancing HR sustainability through artificial intelligence, following an MBA in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
