Vinayak Shendkar has extensive experience in engineering and management, particularly within the automotive and transportation sectors. Beginning a career at Bajaj Auto Ltd as an Engineer, Vinayak progressed through several key roles, including Junior Engineer at Mahindra & Mahindra and Manager-Interiors at TACO Engineering, where business development efforts led to a joint venture with Visteon. At Faurecia, Vinayak held multiple director-level positions, overseeing engineering deliverables for Jaguar Land Rover programs and managing the R&D Center in Pune. Recently, Vinayak served as Head of Interiors for Alstom Transport India, leading a team of over 100 engineers while optimizing product development and managing significant strategic projects. Currently, Vinayak is the Head of Research and Development for Varroc, focusing on both polymer and metallic engineering solutions.
