Angela Schlemmer

Angela Schlemmer, CPA, serves as the Vice President of Tax at Varsity Brands since May 2021. Previously, Angela held the position of Vice President of Tax and Treasury at Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P. from July 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing tax and treasury functions, income tax reporting, compliance, planning, and key initiatives for IPO readiness. Prior roles included Tax Director, Compliance at Fluor from January 2007 to July 2017, managing federal and state income tax compliance and audits for a multinational corporation, and Senior Tax Manager at Raytheon Company from 1995 to 2007, where responsibilities included supervising the preparation of consolidated federal tax returns. Angela earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
