Jeff Kropp

Jeff Kropp is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer at Varsity Healthcare Partners since September 2024. Previously, Jeff held the position of General Counsel at The Forest Road Company from May 2023 until July 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC, where Jeff served as Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel, as well as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, from March 2020 to May 2023. At Empyrean Capital Partners, LP, Jeff worked as Counsel and Director of Compliance from March 2016 to March 2020. Jeff's early career included a position as Corporate Attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP from May 2009 to March 2016, and as a Business & Legal Affairs Associate at ROAR in 2008. Jeff holds a J.D. in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and an MBA in Law, both from Pepperdine University, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2011.
