Jenny Couch

Jenny Couch currently serves as Operating Partner at Varsity Healthcare Partners since April 2023. Previously, Jenny held various leadership roles at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from March 2020 to March 2023, including Chief-of-Staff and VP of Strategic Initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Partner and Business Development & Marketing Manager at Providge Consulting, where significant achievements included expanding social media engagement and establishing a new CRM system. At Steward Health Care Network, Jenny was Executive Lead of Strategic Initiatives, founding the organization’s first Project Management Office and leading Medicaid ACO launches. Prior consulting roles at Pfizer and AARP added expertise in project management and strategic planning. Jenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from American University in 2010.
